This song starts off sounding sad, but then the guitar starts to have a more upbeat sound, which surprised me. The drums and vocals ground it, so it doesn't sound overly cheery. Of course, I like the fast pace of the drums.

Lyrics

I am not sure who the person is that can break the chains, but I like the idea of encouraging someone struggling through pain/injury to let go of it and try to move forward. I believe this to be very true, we all have things we fight against, things we struggle with. I like these lyrics.
