I am not a fan of this high-pitched yelling, but if you are, it is done well.

Music

The music is straightforward and doesn't grab me. The squawky guitar part about 3/4 of the way in added a bit.

Lyrics

I get the feeling it is about people doing useless things and not helping. So the title feels almost backwards. I want to use it as an encouragement to not just be in the way.
