Vocals

I really like the growly vocal and the way the vocal moves around. I would like to hear this vocalist only doing the harsh vocals in a heavier band. Think it would be great! The singing kills it for me, though. He can obviously sing, but it feels like pop singing. 

Music

I am not a fan of the keys in this one. I think it adds a dimension that takes me away from the metal scene. I had to look at the video to remind myself there were guitars and drums, at times. The drawn-out breakdowns are to be expected. It is the "cool" thing to do...

Lyrics

I can see these lyrics really hitting people hard! The reality is, there are many people that fight hard to stay here every day. Their fight is mental, but it is real. I think this is about that struggle.
