The whispering is pushing me in a direction I don't like overdone. The growling singing feels like it should be in a different style of music, though I like that they are constrained. This was in the 90's, and things were different at that time.

Music

The music is trippy. It feels like it is really going whatever way makes sense for the eccentric mood. Sometimes it is almost like it isn't convinced of it's own happy sound. Interesting mixture of deep guitar sound (as can be heard in many stoner metal bands) with keyboard.

Lyrics

I think this is remembering an experience in Vienna, or someone with that name. It feels like the person is trying to portray that they don't care about this experience, yet they seem to be dwelling on it.
