Obviously this guy can sing, but it isn't really what I want to hear. I don't even want to sing along. Not my thing.

Music

The music is progressive, but fairly predictable. Less variety than the song I have by them on my playlist, which was what I really liked about that song.

Lyrics

I think this is presenting a picture of someone who is thinking of and/or remembering someone. In a sense, the person is inside their mind. They are dreaming of him/her throughout the night. They can't get him/her out of their head. 

When you are dreaming,

In the mind's eye I wait
While you are sleeping.

Lost inside your mind
In the dead of night,
Nowhere else to hide.
Playing with fire is burning my reality.
