Vocals

I find this vocal feels very sad, and also calm. I am not imagining there is escalation with this band, but I have read that there is, so I better seek that out and see how that plays out.

Music

There is a heavy bass presence, which is good. The music feels very full. It has a tonne of relaxing elements, even though it is melancholy. 

Lyrics

It feels like someone is struggling with mental or physical illness. There is some regret here, in regard to wishing you could have done something to help. 

I can see both sides here. You can't force anything on anyone, but it also doesn't hurt to reach out. You never know the effect you can have on someone in a moment they need it.
