I just find this vocal to be very plain, and I quickly realized I have heard it before.

Music

Right away, there is a sense of quality in the music; they know what they are doing. But as they say, "Where is the fire? Where is the spark?"

Lyrics

I think this is talking about how our society wants people to fit in and do what is expected - or else. When someone doesn't, they really stand out. Makes me think of people that are willing to stand up for others that can't stand up for themselves, which is awesome, in my books!
